Social Monitor - If you are interested in searching Social Websites (Facebook, Twitter, and over 100 more) about you, your company, product, research for a new product, competitors or anything else you can think of, this plan is for you. You can save as many searches as you like, will get an email alert on the searches you choose, can export results to a spreadsheet and everything is managed through a Web dashboard you can get to from anywhere on the Internet.
Reputation Monitor - If you are interested in being notified when a new review or rating is posted to one of the many wesbites we monitor this plan is for you. You will get an email with a link that will take you directly to the your business listing on the website the review was posted. It’s quick, it’s easy, and saves you a tremendous amount of time and energy trying to keep up with the many websites your business is reviewed on.
Total Monitor - This is the Social Web plan and the Review and Ratings plan combined plus we’ve included an extra login account for the Social Websites dashboard. With it you can give the Sales department a login and the Marketing department a completely separate login. Or you can use one for all your industry searches and one for product searches so they aren’t mixed together to help you stay organized. They are completely separate dashboards and you can choose to use them any way you wish.
